Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese or neufchatel, 8 oz.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or cojack cheese
- - garlic powder to taste
How To Make southwestern spinach dip

Step 1Press thawed spinach in a sieve with spatula to remove as much moisture as possible.

Step 2In microwave-safe bowl, melt cream cheese or neufchatel on medium for 30-60 seconds depending on your microwave. Watch closely as microwaves vary.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients except for shredded cheese and stir to combine throughly.

Step 4Top with shredded cheese and place in dip-sized slow-cooker or Crock-Pot. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
