Sour Cream Pizza Strips

This is an old recipe from 1979 from the makers of Bordon's Sour Cream. Enjoy

2 c
bisquick mix
2/3 c
whole milk
1 tsp
italian seasoning
8 oz
borden sour cream
1/3 c
1/4 c
grated parmesan and romano cheese
1/4 c
chopped onion
3 Tbsp
chopped pimento
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1/2 tsp
garlic powder


1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2In a medium bowl, combine the milk, italian seasoning and baking mix. This will make a soft dough.
3Need a well floured surface to turn dough out on, then lightly knead for 10 to 12 strokes.
4Pat the dough onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 13x9 inch baking dish, make a small rim.
5In a medium bow, combine the remaining ingredients, then spread evenly across the dough.
6Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into rectangles. Serve warm, and refrigerate leftovers.
