A quick and easy snack to make ahead and store in air tight container for company or any time. Can't get much easier than this!

Ingredients For snack crackers - steph

  • 1 lb
    box club crackers
  • 8 oz
    sliced almonds
  • 1 c
    butter (do not substitute)
  • 1/2 c
    sugar

How To Make snack crackers - steph

    Line a jelly roll pan (10 x 15") with foil and arrange crackers to fill bottom of pan. SPread almonds evenly over the crackers.

    In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour evenly over nuts and crackers in thin stream.

    Bake at 300 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until nicely browned. Remove from oven and let cool. While still slightly warm, break into squares. ENJOY!
