This is a very smooth guacamoli that has a nice kick but not hot as you mix the hot peppers in a food processor.

fresh jalapeno pepper
container of sour cream
4 or 5 clove
How To Make smooth and tasty guacamole
In a food processor add peeled avacados, Jalapeno pepper (may add more of you really like hot) guacamoli seasoning, onion, cilantro, sour cream and garlic.
Mix until well blended.
Scrape from food processor with rubber spatuala and put in mixing bowl.
By hand mix in pico-de-gallo
When done sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Cover and refridgerate for atleast and hour.
If not eating right away, take a lime wedge and squeeze the juice over the dish. This will keep if from discoloring when storing in the fridge.
