hard boiled eggs, shelled
fine dry bread crumbs
stone ground mustard, for dipping
How To Make
Dip hard boiled eggs into beaten egg. Shape a generous coating of sausage around each egg. Dip into beaten egg again; roll in the bread crumbs. Deep fry at 375* 5-6 mins.or fry in skillet turning frequently.
Slice into 4 quarters. Serve with stone ground brown mustard.
