I have eaten these, but have not made them. I don't know why. This recipe came from cookbook "titled" America's Best Cookbook:......a collection of recipes from members and employees of AMBEST, america's Best Truck Stops. Ambest is a points program, for truck drivers. They can be redeemed at 140 truck stops across the US and Canada. Long story short, a bunch of good recipes crammed into this cookbook.

Ingredients

1 lb - sausage, your choice
1 - (12 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup - bisquick

How To Make sausage cheese ball

Step 1

Combine sausage and cheese. Stir together well and then add Bisquick.

Step 2

Blend together well. Roll into 1 inch size balls and bake at 350 until golden brown.
