- 2 cups shredded monterey jack
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 cup chopped pitted ripe olives, optional
- - tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or bread cubes
How To Make salsa spinach dip

Step 1Heat salsa, Monterey jack, cream cheese, spinach and olives until melted. Stir often. Serve with one of the options for dipping.
