Ingredients

  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1 cup chopped pitted ripe olives, optional
  • - tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or bread cubes

How To Make salsa spinach dip

  • Step 1
    Heat salsa, Monterey jack, cream cheese, spinach and olives until melted. Stir often. Serve with one of the options for dipping.
