Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    sized baguette
  • 1 large
    leaf of curly romaine
  • 10 medium
    rose petals
  • 1/2 lb
    goat cheese
  • 1/2 bunch
    walnuts or pine nuts
  • slice
    red onion
  • 1/2 c
    raspberry yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp
    rose water

How to Make ROSE PETAL SANDWICHES

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut baguette in half and toast lightly. Rinse romaine and rose petals well and pat dry.
  2. Place one romaine leaf on 1/2 toasted baguette. Layer rose petals, goat cheese and walnuts.
  3. Top with roseberry dressing. Place the second romaine leaf on the other flute, add onion slices and serve open faced.
