Ingredients

  • 1 package sized baguette
  • 1 large leaf of curly romaine
  • 10 medium rose petals
  • 1/2 pound goat cheese
  • 1/2 bunch walnuts or pine nuts
  • slice red onion
  • 1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon rose water

How To Make rose petal sandwiches

  • Step 1
    Cut baguette in half and toast lightly. Rinse romaine and rose petals well and pat dry.
  • Step 2
    Place one romaine leaf on 1/2 toasted baguette. Layer rose petals, goat cheese and walnuts.
  • Step 3
    Top with roseberry dressing. Place the second romaine leaf on the other flute, add onion slices and serve open faced.
