Ingredients
- 1 package sized baguette
- 1 large leaf of curly romaine
- 10 medium rose petals
- 1/2 pound goat cheese
- 1/2 bunch walnuts or pine nuts
- slice red onion
- 1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water
How To Make rose petal sandwiches

Step 1Cut baguette in half and toast lightly. Rinse romaine and rose petals well and pat dry.

Step 2Place one romaine leaf on 1/2 toasted baguette. Layer rose petals, goat cheese and walnuts.

Step 3Top with roseberry dressing. Place the second romaine leaf on the other flute, add onion slices and serve open faced.
