  • 1 c
    rose petals
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 pkg
    fruit pectin, powdered

How to Make ROSE PETAL JELLY

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine the rose petals, 3/4 cup water and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Slowly add the sugar and blend well. Bring the remaining 3/4 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  3. Stir in the pectin and boil for 1 min. Stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture into the blender with the other ingredients and blend 1 min. Pour into steralized jars and seal.
