Ingredients
- 1 cup rose petals
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 package fruit pectin, powdered
How To Make rose petal jelly

Step 1Combine the rose petals, 3/4 cup water and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 2Slowly add the sugar and blend well. Bring the remaining 3/4 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan.

Step 3Stir in the pectin and boil for 1 min. Stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture into the blender with the other ingredients and blend 1 min. Pour into steralized jars and seal.
