Ingredients

  • 1 cup rose petals
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 package fruit pectin, powdered

How To Make rose petal jelly

  • Step 1
    Combine the rose petals, 3/4 cup water and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Slowly add the sugar and blend well. Bring the remaining 3/4 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the pectin and boil for 1 min. Stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture into the blender with the other ingredients and blend 1 min. Pour into steralized jars and seal.
