Ingredients
- 2 heads of garlic, peeled
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- salt
- crusty bread for serving
How To Make roasted garlic parmesan olive oil spread

Step 1Place the garlic cloves and 2 Tbsp of olive oil in a saucepan.

Step 2Cook over medium-low heat until the garlic is browned and nice and soft. Do not let it burn.

Step 3Puree in a food processor.

Step 4Then move to a bowl. Add the cheese and parsley.

Step 5Pour the remaining olive oil and season with salt. Serve with bread.
