Ingredients
- 1 - bread round, hollowed out
- 2 packages broccoli, chopped, frozen
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1/3 cup water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make rip & dip

Step 1Cut 2\" slice off top of round bread loaf.

Step 2Remove center portion, leaving at least 2\" of bread on the bottom and 1\" on the sides.

Step 3Cut remaining bread into cubes.

Step 4Unwrap broccoli; place on plate.

Step 5Microwave on high 5-8 minutes or until defrosted.

Step 6Drain broccoli, pressing to remove excess moisture.

Step 7In medium bowl, microwave the cream cheese at 50% (medium) or until softened.

Step 8Mix in the broccoli and remaining ingredients.

Step 9Spoon broccoli mixture into hollowed out bread loaf.

Step 10Serve dip with reserved bread cubes, crackers or chips.
