Ingredients

1bread round, hollowed out

2 pkgbroccoli, chopped, frozen

2 pkgcream cheese

1/3 cwater chestnuts, drained and chopped

3 Tbspmilk

1 tsplemon juice

1/4 tspnutmeg, ground

1/8 tspcayenne pepper
How to Make Rip & Dip
- Cut 2" slice off top of round bread loaf.
- Remove center portion, leaving at least 2" of bread on the bottom and 1" on the sides.
- Cut remaining bread into cubes.
- Unwrap broccoli; place on plate.
- Microwave on high 5-8 minutes or until defrosted.
- Drain broccoli, pressing to remove excess moisture.
- In medium bowl, microwave the cream cheese at 50% (medium) or until softened.
- Mix in the broccoli and remaining ingredients.
- Spoon broccoli mixture into hollowed out bread loaf.
- Serve dip with reserved bread cubes, crackers or chips.
