bread round, hollowed out
2 pkg
broccoli, chopped, frozen
2 pkg
cream cheese
1/3 c
water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 Tbsp
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
nutmeg, ground
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper

How to Make Rip & Dip


  • 1Cut 2" slice off top of round bread loaf.
  • 2Remove center portion, leaving at least 2" of bread on the bottom and 1" on the sides.
  • 3Cut remaining bread into cubes.
  • 4Unwrap broccoli; place on plate.
  • 5Microwave on high 5-8 minutes or until defrosted.
  • 6Drain broccoli, pressing to remove excess moisture.
  • 7In medium bowl, microwave the cream cheese at 50% (medium) or until softened.
  • 8Mix in the broccoli and remaining ingredients.
  • 9Spoon broccoli mixture into hollowed out bread loaf.
  • 10Serve dip with reserved bread cubes, crackers or chips.
