Ingredients

  • 1 - bread round, hollowed out
  • 2 packages broccoli, chopped, frozen
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How To Make rip & dip

  • Step 1
    Cut 2\" slice off top of round bread loaf.
  • Step 2
    Remove center portion, leaving at least 2\" of bread on the bottom and 1\" on the sides.
  • Step 3
    Cut remaining bread into cubes.
  • Step 4
    Unwrap broccoli; place on plate.
  • Step 5
    Microwave on high 5-8 minutes or until defrosted.
  • Step 6
    Drain broccoli, pressing to remove excess moisture.
  • Step 7
    In medium bowl, microwave the cream cheese at 50% (medium) or until softened.
  • Step 8
    Mix in the broccoli and remaining ingredients.
  • Step 9
    Spoon broccoli mixture into hollowed out bread loaf.
  • Step 10
    Serve dip with reserved bread cubes, crackers or chips.
