Is it a salad? Relish? Dip? Salsa? Does it matter if you eat it on a burger, with tortilla chips, or in a bowl just for you? We won’t tell. As for the ingredients, use what you like and how much you want. You can always double the dressing ingredients for more veggies. Reva B is a sweet lady from a women’s group we both belong to. How To Make reva’s summer veggies and corn salad/relish/dip

1Drain the corn and dice up the veggies.

2Make the dressing in a medium-sized bowl.

3Then stir in the vegetables.

4Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of an hour. Several hours (or even overnight) are best! Serve and enjoy! =^..^=
