Is it a salad? Relish? Dip? Salsa? Does it matter if you eat it on a burger, with tortilla chips, or in a bowl just for you? We won’t tell. As for the ingredients, use what you like and how much you want. You can always double the dressing ingredients for more veggies. Reva B is a sweet lady from a women’s group we both belong to. Ingredients For reva’s summer veggies and corn salad/relish/dip

  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn, drained (16 oz)
  • 1 lg
    tomato, diced
  • 1/2 c
    diced cucumber
  • 1/3 c
    finely diced green pepper
  • 1/4 c
    finely diced onion
  • FOR A LITTLE HEAT…
  • 1
    jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • FOR THE DRESSING
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • SOME SERVING IDEAS, EAT…
  • tortilla chips
  • crackers
  • sandwich
  • hamburger
  • side dish

How To Make reva’s summer veggies and corn salad/relish/dip

  • Drained & diced veggies

    Drain the corn and dice up the veggies.
  • Make the dressing.

    Make the dressing in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Stir in the veggies.

    Then stir in the vegetables.
  • Corn Salad

    Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of an hour. Several hours (or even overnight) are best! Serve and enjoy! =^..^=
