How to Make Corned Beef Tortilla Rollups - Stephanie
- With mixer, mix the two packages of cream cheese and one cup of mayonnaise together; add Ranch Dressing mix and continue to mix. Add the chopped corned beef (the amount is whatever your taste is); I used about 3 - 4 slices; add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir everything until blended.
- Spread on flour tortillas and rollup. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Slice.
- Please Note: this recipe is not for those individuals watching their sodium intake. You might want to taste the mixture after adding 1/2 of the package of Ranch Dressing and if it is salty enough, do not add the rest of the package. With the addition of the corned beef, it can be a little salty for some folks.
Additionally, you can use any kind of meat you would like. Ham would also be good with this recipe instead of the corned beef.
