  • 12 large
  • 2 1/4 oz
    roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 6 Tbsp
  • 1 bunch
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Rellenos de Roquefort


  1. Fill pan with water and heat to boiling.
  2. Add eggs to boiling water and cook for ten minutes.
  3. Drain hot water and fill pan with cold water and ice cubes.
  4. When eggs are cool, peel carefully.
  5. Cut eggs in half, removing the yolks to a separate bowl.
  6. Mash up yolks completely.
  7. In the bowl of the yolks, add the crumbled Roquefort cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, chopped watercress and mash all ingredients together.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Fill the egg whites with the paste. Garnish with watercress leaves.
