Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 2 1/4 ounces roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 bunch watercress
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make rellenos de roquefort

Step 1Fill pan with water and heat to boiling.

Step 2Add eggs to boiling water and cook for ten minutes.

Step 3Drain hot water and fill pan with cold water and ice cubes.

Step 4When eggs are cool, peel carefully.

Step 5Cut eggs in half, removing the yolks to a separate bowl.

Step 6Mash up yolks completely.

Step 7In the bowl of the yolks, add the crumbled Roquefort cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, chopped watercress and mash all ingredients together.

Step 8Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 9Fill the egg whites with the paste. Garnish with watercress leaves.
