Taste as you make. I usually make my deviled eggs a day ahead, so the flavors blend. I just put the filling in a separate container & refrigerate. I love deviled eggs & would advise that if you can get away with it, don't share.

Ingredients
- Any Amount - hard boiled eggs
- - fine chopped onion
- - tarragon, dried
- - mustard, grainy
- - ranch dressing
- - salt and pepper
- - smoked paprika
- - capers
How To Make ranch deviled eggs

Step 1Peel & halve eggs, scoop out yolks.

Step 2Mash yolks, add all other ingredients. Adjust amounts according to taste & consistency. Blend well.

Step 3Put filling in a sandwich bag & snip corner to fill whites, if you don't have a pastry bag. Garnish with either the paprika or capers. I do 1/2 & 1/2.
