Taste as you make. I usually make my deviled eggs a day ahead, so the flavors blend. I just put the filling in a separate container & refrigerate. I love deviled eggs & would advise that if you can get away with it, don't share.

Ingredients For ranch deviled eggs
hard boiled eggs
fine chopped onion
salt and pepper
How To Make ranch deviled eggs
Peel & halve eggs, scoop out yolks.
Mash yolks, add all other ingredients. Adjust amounts according to taste & consistency. Blend well.
Put filling in a sandwich bag & snip corner to fill whites, if you don't have a pastry bag. Garnish with either the paprika or capers. I do 1/2 & 1/2.
