This is the quickest Artichoke Dip I have made...And so good.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (16 oz.) queso blanco velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 package (10oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoked hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

How To Make queso blanco spinach and artichoke dip...

  • Step 1
    Combined ingredients in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, then stir. Continue to microwave for 2 additional minutes or until VELVEETA is completely melted and well blended. Serve with Hawaiian Bread, Assorted Mixed Vegetables,Tortilla Chips, or Crackers.
