Not only did I make into pumpkins, I also seasoned with pumpkin spice. I love my tarter sauce with cinnamon, so I thought a nice touch of pumpkin spice would be great with deviled eggs.
Great for thanksgiving day table, or Halloween dinner.

Ingredients

  • 6
    hard boiled eggs
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    dill pickle relish
  • ·
    pumpkin pie spices
  • ·
    red and yellow food coloring
  • ·
    scallions

How to Make Pumpkin Spice Deviled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel and slice in half hard boiled eggs. Scoop out yolk, add to bowl.
    Add to bowl mayo, relish and 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin spice. Mash and mix well with fork. Add few drops of food coloring til reaches orange consistency.
  2. Fill each egg with mix, and sprinkle with pumpkin spices.
    Add green stem. I used small slice cucumber. Green onion, green pepper, or chive works well.
