Great for fall get togethers. You could also serve in a pumpkin dish rather that bread bowl.

12 oz
cream cheese, softened
3/4 c
canned pumpkin
2 Tbsp
taco seasoning
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1/3 c
chopped dried beef
1/3 c
chopped green pepper
1/3 c
chopped red pepper
round loaf italian or pumpernickel bread
crackers, vegetables or corn chips


1In a bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin, taco seasoning and garlic powder until smooth.
2Stir in beef and peppers. Cover and refrigerate until served.
3Just before serving, cut off top of bread and scoop out inside, leaving a 1/2 inch shell. Fill with cream cheese mixture.
4Serve with vegetable, crackers or corn chips.
