Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- - salad oil, for frying
How To Make potato cheese puffs

Step 1combine all ingredients except oil, mix well. pour about 2 inches of salad oil into a saucepan or frying pan and heat to about 375.

Step 2drop batter by tablespoons 4 or 5 at a time, into the hot oil.

Step 3fry 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. serve immediately.
