Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c
    sliced pepperoni finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 1 can(s)
    pillsbury crescent rolls 8 oz

How to Make Pizza Pinwheels

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. In small bowl, combine cheese, pepperoni, seasoning and egg yolk. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Unroll crescents and separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal.
  4. spread each rectangle with about 3 tablespoons meat mixture. Starting at shortest side, roll up each rectangle; pinch edges to seal.
  5. With sharp knife, slice rolls into 1/2 inch slices. Place cut side down 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. serve warm
