I have not yet tried this recipe but have had it for some time and thought it sounds easy and good for something different during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 3 packages dried beef
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar claussen whole dill pickles (refrigerated section)

How To Make pinwheels

  • Step 1
Soften cream cheese; drain the pickles. Spread the cream cheese over the slices of dried beef and overlap the ends of approximately 4 - 6 slices for a large pickle. Place the large pickle at the end of the meat and start rolling the mixture up. Repeat the process for each pickle. Refrigerate several hours to set the cream cheese. Slice 1/2" thick.
