Ingredients For pimiento deviled eggs

  • 1 jar
    (2 oz.) sliced pimientos
  • 6
    hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp

How To Make pimiento deviled eggs

  • 1
    Drain pimientos. Finely chop enough to make 1 tablespoon chopped.
  • 2
    Cut 6 eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash. Combine with mayonnaise, chopped pimiento, cider vinegar, and salt.

    Stuff egg whites and garnish with remaining sliced pimiento.
