It seems deviled eggs are always the first things to go at a potluck or picnic. Here's another version that's easy and tasty!

Ingredients For picnic deviled eggs

  • 6
    hardboiled eggs
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise (lite is ok)
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp
    pickle juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    each pepper & sea salt, or to taste
  • 1 dash
    hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp
    chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    paprika

How To Make picnic deviled eggs

    Peel the eggs and cut them in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks from the egg halves and place them into a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork until they’re broken up.

    Add the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, salt, pepper, and a few drops of hot sauce, if desired. Stir to combine until almost smooth.

    Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. You can spoon the mixture into a zip-top plastic bag and snip ¼-inch off of one of the bottom corners. Pipe the mixture into the egg white halves.

    Sprinkle the eggs with paprika and chives. Serve immediately or chill the eggs until ready to eat. Serve with extra hot sauce, if desired.
