Ingredients
- 1 jar whole dill pickles (24 oz)
- 1 package block cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
How To Make pickle roll ups

Step 1Trim the ends off the pickles. Dry the pickles with paper towels.

Step 2Using a handheld mixer, beat the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh dill.

Step 3Cut the ham to fit the size of the pickle. Dry the ham thoroughly with paper towels. Using a spatula or offset spatula, spread the cream cheese over the ham. Roll the pickle up in the ham and place it seam-side down in an airtight container.

Step 4Refrigerate for at least 2 hours up to overnight.
