I don't remember where I found this recipe, but I always made it for Seth since he didn't like traditional cheese balls. It is good served on graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 3 c
    rice krispies cereal
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 stick
    margarine, softened
  • 1 c
    chunky peanut butter
  • 1/4 c
    salted peanuts, chopped coarsely

How to Make Peanut Butter Logs

Step-by-Step

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend together peanut butter and margarine, stir in the confectioner's sugar.
  2. Add cereal, mixing well and crushing lightly.
  3. Shape into three logs.
  4. Pat peanuts over logs. Wrap in foil or clear plastic wrap and chill. Slice into 1/2-inch thick slices and serve with your favorite crackers.
