Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    sweet onions, finely chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lb
    frozen bread dough, thawed

How to Make Onion-Garlic Bubble Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, mix the first five ingredients.
  2. Divide dough into 24 pieces. Dip pieces in onion mixture; place in a greased 10 inch fluted tube pan. Cover with plastic wrap; let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
