1 large
french bread loaf
3 Tbsp
olive oil
1/2 c
celery, diced
1/2 c
black olives, diced
1/2 c
green olives, diced
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
italian salad dressing
3/4 c
chive cream cheese
cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters

How to Make Olive Bruschetta


  • 1Preheat over to 375F.
  • 2Slice french bread into 1/4 inch slices.
  • 3Place bread on cookie sheet and slightly brush tops with olive oil.
  • 4Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
  • 5Remove bread from oven and set aside.
  • 6Mix celery, olive, garlic, and salad dressing in a small bowl.
  • 7Spread cream cheese evenly over toasts.
  • 8Top each toast with olive mixture.
  • 9Return to oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
  • 10Garnish each toast with a piece of cherry tomato.
