  • 1 large
    french bread loaf
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    celery, diced
  • 1/2 c
    black olives, diced
  • 1/2 c
    green olives, diced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian salad dressing
  • 3/4 c
    chive cream cheese
  • ·
    cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters

How to Make Olive Bruschetta


  1. Preheat over to 375F.
  2. Slice french bread into 1/4 inch slices.
  3. Place bread on cookie sheet and slightly brush tops with olive oil.
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
  5. Remove bread from oven and set aside.
  6. Mix celery, olive, garlic, and salad dressing in a small bowl.
  7. Spread cream cheese evenly over toasts.
  8. Top each toast with olive mixture.
  9. Return to oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
  10. Garnish each toast with a piece of cherry tomato.
