Ingredients
- 1 large french bread loaf
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, diced
- 1/2 cup green olives, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon italian salad dressing
- 3/4 cup chive cream cheese
- - cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
How To Make olive bruschetta

Step 1Preheat over to 375F.

Step 2Slice french bread into 1/4 inch slices.

Step 3Place bread on cookie sheet and slightly brush tops with olive oil.

Step 4Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.

Step 5Remove bread from oven and set aside.

Step 6Mix celery, olive, garlic, and salad dressing in a small bowl.

Step 7Spread cream cheese evenly over toasts.

Step 8Top each toast with olive mixture.

Step 9Return to oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.

Step 10Garnish each toast with a piece of cherry tomato.
