Ingredients

  • 1 large french bread loaf
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, diced
  • 1/2 cup green olives, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon italian salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup chive cream cheese
  • - cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters

How To Make olive bruschetta

  • Step 1
    Preheat over to 375F.
  • Step 2
    Slice french bread into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Step 3
    Place bread on cookie sheet and slightly brush tops with olive oil.
  • Step 4
    Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
  • Step 5
    Remove bread from oven and set aside.
  • Step 6
    Mix celery, olive, garlic, and salad dressing in a small bowl.
  • Step 7
    Spread cream cheese evenly over toasts.
  • Step 8
    Top each toast with olive mixture.
  • Step 9
    Return to oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
  • Step 10
    Garnish each toast with a piece of cherry tomato.
