Mushroom Canape Appetizers
Ingredients

1 smallcan mushrooms, chopped

3/4 cfrench's fried onions, crushed

3/4 cmayonnaise

3/4 cparmesan cheese, shredded

1loaf of pumpernickel bread
How to Make Mushroom Canape Appetizers
- Lightly toast both sides of bread. Then cut bread into "appetizer" size pieces. You can use cookie cutters to make different shapes if you'd like.
- Mix all other ingredients together, reserving about 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
- Place a spoonful of mixture on top of toasted bread, sprinkle more cheese, and broil until bubbly.
Serve and enjoy!
