Ingredients
- 1 small can mushrooms, chopped
- 3/4 cup french's fried onions, crushed
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 - loaf of pumpernickel bread
How To Make mushroom canape appetizers

Step 1Lightly toast both sides of bread. Then cut bread into "appetizer" size pieces. You can use cookie cutters to make different shapes if you'd like.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together, reserving about 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.

Step 3Place a spoonful of mixture on top of toasted bread, sprinkle more cheese, and broil until bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
