Ingredients

1/2 pound bacon
1/2 cup chopped green onions (tops and bottoms)
1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
24 - buttered 2 inch toast or bread rounds

How To Make mrs. simpson's appetizers

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Fry bacon until very crisp, drain and crumble. Combine crumbled bacon, chopped onions and mayonnaise; blend. Spread a teaspoonful of mixture on each round. Bake at 350 degrees for a few moments. Serve immediately.
