Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1-2 teaspoon jalapeño, minced (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup lime juice (from 2 limes)
- 8 ounces tortilla chips (or a large bag)
- 2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup guacamole or mashed avocado
- 1/2 cup sour cream, or to taste
How To Make mouthful of nachos

Step 1Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix together onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, garlic and cilantro with the olive oil, lime juice and garlic seasoning salt.

Step 2Spread tortilla chips evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Spoon the tomato mixture on top of the chips. Then sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of that.

Step 3Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot with guacamole/avocado and sour cream on the side.
