This is a nice change to the same old deviled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie mayo or regular mayo
  • 1/2 tablespoon white miso
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Gochujang
  • black sesame seeds

How To Make miso deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and let them cool. Peel the eggs and separate the yolk and the whites.
  • Step 2
    Mix the yolks with the remaining ingredients except the black sesame seeds.
  • Step 3
    Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the whites.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with the black sesame seeds.
