Great if you need an appetizer that feeds a larger group. Just double the recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces light cream cheese
  • 8 ounces light sour cream
  • 5 - scallions with tops, chop fine
  • 4 ounces can of chopped green chiles
  • 2 tablespoons chopped black olives
  • 1 cup sharp finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of flour tortillas (i use the low carb)
  • 1/2 jar picante sauce (medium)

How To Make mini tortillas

  • Step 1
    Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, scallions, green chiles, olives and cheese. Spread the mixture on a flour tortillas and roll up. Wrap the tortillas in damp paper towels and place in plastic storage bags. Chill. To serve, cut tortillas into 1 inch pieces. Place on a tray with a bowl of picante sauce and toothpicks.
  • Step 2
    If you would like a little heartier appetizer, I have added 2 slices of very thinly sliced ham or salami to each tortilla.
