mini quiches
I made these to snack on while we were preparing Christmas dinner.We had some neighborhood kids over helping us make cookies.They loved these so much that i ended up making more for dinner.They disappear as fast as you can make them!

Ingredients
- - frozen pastry shells,mini size
- 1/3 cup shredded italian 5 cheese blend
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 1 - egg
- 3 tablespoons whipping cream
How To Make mini quiches

Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place shells in muffin tin.

Step 2Spoon in cheese,top with bacon and onion.In a small bowl,beat egg and whipping cream until blended.Spoon mixture into each pastry shell till filled.Bake 15 to 20 minutes till filling is set.Let cool 5 minutes.
