I made these to snack on while we were preparing Christmas dinner.We had some neighborhood kids over helping us make cookies.They loved these so much that i ended up making more for dinner.They disappear as fast as you can make them!

Ingredients For mini quiches

  • frozen pastry shells,mini size
  • 1/3 c
    shredded italian 5 cheese blend
  • 1/4 c
    chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped green onion
  • 1
    egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    whipping cream

How To Make mini quiches

  • 1
    Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place shells in muffin tin.
  • 2
    Spoon in cheese,top with bacon and onion.In a small bowl,beat egg and whipping cream until blended.Spoon mixture into each pastry shell till filled.Bake 15 to 20 minutes till filling is set.Let cool 5 minutes.
