These appetizers are very popular for almost any occasion. Also very easy for kids/grandkids to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    flour tortillas (8-10" diameter)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb
    chopped ham/turkey/or your favorite lunch meat
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green onion
  • 1 can(s)
    chopped olives (small can)
  • 1 can(s)
    rotelle tomatoes
  • ·
    salt/pepper/garlic to taste

How to Make MEXICAN PINWHEELS

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients. Thinly spread on tortillas. Roll filled tortillas. Chill.
    Slice about 3/4" thick.
  2. This recipe is very easy to “personalize” with your favorite ingredients, i.e. chopped chicken instead of the ham/turkey.
