I HAVEN'T MADE THIS DIP AS YET, BUT IT LOOKED & SOUNDED GOOD. WHEN YOU EAT THIS, IT WILL ADD A LITTLE SPICE IN YOUR LIFE. LOL

  • 2 cans shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonaise ( not miracle whip)
  • 2 cans mexican corn--drained
  • 1 can tomatoes & green chilies--drained
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onions
  • 4 teaspoons diced jalapeno peppers--drained

  • Step 1
    SPRAY 9X13 PAN WITH NONSTICK SPRAY.
  • Step 2
    MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN PAN BAKE 45 MINS AT 350 DEGREES
  • Step 3
    SERVE WITH SCOOPS CORN CHIPS WHILE HOT
