8 or moreslices of french or italian bread toasted or grilled

How to Make Mexican Bruschetta
- Finally chop the tomatoes, garlic, red pepper and cilandro. If fresh red pepper is not available, red pepper powder will do. Add oilve oil and salt. Grill or toast the sliced bread. Place some tomato mix over bread and serve immediately to avoid the bread becoming soggy. Garnish with Cilandro leaves. Yumm!
