Every time I take this appetizer to any event, I always have folks asking for the recipe. It cannot get any simpler than this!!!

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 can(s)
    refried beans
  • ·
    chunky salsa (to cover)
  • ·
    black pepper
  • 8 oz
    mexican blend shredded cheese

How to Make Mexican Bean Dip


  1. Spread softened cream cheese in bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Cover with refried can use 1 can if you prefer.
  3. Cover with salsa and sprinkle pepper over this layer.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  5. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
