Mac & Cheese Bites

I made these tonight for the family and they loved them. Quick and easy way to use your leftovers! Enjoy :)

leftover refrigerated mac & cheese
2 eggs
italian bread crumbs
vegetable oil


1Heat about 2-3 inches of oil in pot.
2Roll mac & cheese into small balls then dip into egg wash. Cover completely.
3Roll around in bread crumbs. Cover completely.
4Cook until brown on both sides.

***I used my "Porky's Mac&Cheese" for this recipe but you can use whatever you like.
