Ingredients
- 24 ounces frozen waffle fries
- seasoned salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 6 slices bacon, crispy, cooked and chopped
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons Adobo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
- sour cream (optional)
- jalapeño rings (optional)
How To Make loaded fries

Step 1Season the waffle fries with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake the waffle fries according to package instructions.

Step 2Meanwhile, cook the bacon crispy and chop it.

Step 3Mix the ranch dressing and Adobo sauce in a measuring cup with a spout.
