Ingredients
- 3 baking potatoes
- 1 box lipton onion soup mix
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bottle oil
How To Make lipton onion soup potato logs

Step 1Bake potatoes until almost done,

Step 2Once potatoes are slightly done! Allow to cool. Cut each potato in half, Cut the halves in half.

Step 3In a shallow bowl beat the eggs.

Step 4Add the flour to a plate.

Step 5Add both envelopes of soup mix to the flour.

Step 6Add the salt and pepper to the flour, mix to combine,

Step 7Add oil to a deep fryers or deep skillet! Allow to get hot!

Step 8Dip each potato half in the egg and then flour mixture, back in eggs, and then back in flour mixture.

Step 9Cook a few at a time! Drop in hot oil and cook until golden brown! Drain on a paper towel
