  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cans rotel (whichever spiciness you like) drained
  • 1 can chopped green chilis
  • 1-small can chopped black olives
  • 2 - green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded mexican chesses

How To Make layered mexican dip

  • Step 1
In a 9X13 glass dish spread out the refried beans & sprinkle the taco seasoning over top.
  • Step 2
Mix the sour cream and guacamole, and spread over the bean mixture.
  • Step 3
Drain the rotel, add the green chilis, black olives and green onions.
  • Step 4
Mix together well and spread on top of guacamole layer.
  • Step 5
