Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1/2 package taco seasoning
- 1 package guacamole ( found in freezer or refrigerated produce sections)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cans rotel (whichever spiciness you like) drained
- 1 can chopped green chilis
- 1-small can chopped black olives
- 2 - green onions, chopped
- 2 cups shredded mexican chesses
How To Make layered mexican dip

Step 1In a 9X13 glass dish spread out the refried beans & sprinkle the taco seasoning over top.

Step 2Mix the sour cream and guacamole, and spread over the bean mixture.

Step 3Drain the rotel, add the green chilis, black olives and green onions.

Step 4Mix together well and spread on top of guacamole layer.

Step 5Top with cheese and then put in microwave to melt cheese.

Step 6This can also be eaten without melting cheese, but our preference is melted!

Step 7Serve with any variety of tortilla chips or Fritos!
