- 1 pound salted salmon
- 5 - tomatoes, pared & diced
- 10 - green onions
- 1 - onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup crushed ice

Step 1Soak the salmon in water for about 3 hours. Remove the skin & bones. Then shredded the meat. Then in a large bowl combine everything, lomi "mix" until well mixed. Chill fully. Then pour the ice into a bigger bowl, place the bowl with the mixture in the ice bowl & enjoy...
