This is such a refreshing dip on a hot summer day. Serve with crackers of your choice or with pita chips or other kinds of chips.

yield 10-12 people depending on the portion size people take. I usually put mine into a 8x8 square serving

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 8 ounces taco mild sauce
  • 1 - med. onion chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes chopped
  • 2 - bell peppers chopped,i use red and green
  • 1 package hidden valley ranch dip
  • 1 package 8 ozs of grated cheddar cheese

How To Make kellys' mexican dip

  • Step 1
    Mix sour cream, cream cheese and mayo together. Put into a nice dipping bowl.
  • Step 2
    On top of that put the 8 ounces of taco sauce, then put the chopped tomatoes and peppers and onions on top of the taco sauce
  • Step 3
    Then sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
