- - 1 cup diced onions
- - 2 cups diced tomatoes
- - 1 cup chopped green onions
- - 1 cup diced bell peppers
- - 2 large jalepenos diced
- - 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- - 4 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - quarter cup of shrimp cocktail sauce
- - 1/2 cup diced pineapple,drained
- - 1/3 teaspoon tobasco
