Got this recipe from my boyfriend's son. He tried to make his own smoked salmon cream cheese, but it didn't work as well as the soft tub of Philly. Be sure your package of bacon has enough slices to wrap all the peppers.

Ingredients
- 10 - jalapeno peppers
- 1 - tub soft smoked salmon cream cheese
- 1 lb. - bacon (10 full slices)
- 20 - toothpicks
How To Make jalapeno poppers

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Wear gloves or use sandwich bags on hands. Wash and dry peppers. Slice in half lengthwise. Clean seeds and veins out. Fill each half level with cream cheese.

Step 2Cut bacon in half. Wrap 1/2 piece bacon around cheese-filled pepper and secure with a toothpick. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Repeat with rest of peppers. Bake for 30-45 mins.
