Supper easy great taste this has became one of those sides that people will ask for you to bring repeatedly for carry ins. I really haven't met anyone that didn't like them.

  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter, cold
  • 8-10 medium
  • 1 1/2 pkg
    italian dressing mix

How to Make Italian seasoned potaotes


  1. Preheat your oven to 450* in a 9x13 pan put your sticks of butter in the oven to melt, you want to quarter your potatoes once the butter is melted then you add the dry Italian dressing mix into the butter you then lay your potatoes piled sides down and skin sides up. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes you can test by poking with a fork. If you are making these for a carry in you can once they are done put them in your slow cooker for transport and then put them on low or warm to keep warm.
