Impossibly Good Fruitcake Miniatures

cathy tate

I decided to try to come up with a recipe that would incorporate the fruitcake idea into a more edible cake-like compotent for an appetizer for my Christmas parties. This seems impossible but true - a fruitcake that tastes very good!
