cornmeal
1/4 c

sugar
3/4 tsp

baking powder
1/4 tsp

baking soda

buttermilk

How To Make hush puppies

combine all dry ingredient in bowl and set aside.

Combine egg,buttermilk and onion and stir until well blended.

drop by spoonful's into hot grease and fry until golden brown. hush puppies should start to float when done.
