Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans or chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water

How To Make hummus

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 2
    serve with pita or tortilla chips.
