Great served with a Mexican style meal. This is great for a party also.

Ingredients

  • 2 (10) ounces packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 (8) ounces packages cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 (14) ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make hot spinach dip

  • Step 1
    Drain spinach; press between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Step 2
    Combine spinach, cream cheese, and next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a greased, 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with corn chips or your favorite cracker.
