Ingredients
- 2 (10) ounces packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 (8) ounces packages cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 1 (14) ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cans diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make hot spinach dip

Step 1Drain spinach; press between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Step 2Combine spinach, cream cheese, and next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a greased, 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with corn chips or your favorite cracker.
