  • 2 (10) oz
    packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 (8) oz
    packages cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 c
    monterey jack cheese
  • 1 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 1 (14) oz
    can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 can(s)
    diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Hot Spinach Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain spinach; press between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Combine spinach, cream cheese, and next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a greased, 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with corn chips or your favorite cracker.
