packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 (8) oz
packages cream cheese, cubed
2 c
monterey jack cheese
1 c
freshly grated parmesan cheese
small onion, chopped
1 (14) oz
can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 can(s)
diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
2 tsp
ground cumin
2 tsp
chili powder
1 tsp
garlic powder

How to Make Hot Spinach Dip


  • 1Drain spinach; press between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • 2Combine spinach, cream cheese, and next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a greased, 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with corn chips or your favorite cracker.
